A few weeks ago we were out and about driving a rented Slingshot and decided to finally stop at the Russell Stovers Candies Outlet Store in Wildwood (The Villages). If you have never been and you love or even just like chocolate a little bit, it is definitely worth a stop.
The store not only has the biggest selection of chocolates that I have ever seen, but they also have ice cream and even a huge sugar free section. One of my favorites parts was in the back where they had a large selection of different chocolates that were sold at a discounted price because they had small cosmetic imperfections. We bought several bags of the toffees and wished we had got more.
The entire place is absolutely immaculate with friendly staff members. When you walk in there is also a little bowl of free samples that I imagine change depending on season/availability of flavors. Honestly as I am writing this I am craving chocolate so bad we might have to make it a point to visit again over the weekend. Maybe they will have some Valentine’s Specials. Who knows?
